One Life at a Time is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was established in 2008 by a one time donation from Jim Driscoll in response to the rise in unemployment in the New England area and throughout the United States.  In the years since, One Life at a Time has helped over 20,000 people successfully find job security and stability through the Career Training program.

In 2019, after a long struggle with their son in recovery, Jim and Chris decided to add to their current mission. In addition, we offer an additional program to our portfolio that focuses on those in recovery, supporting their journey through sobriety, providing job search and career skills, One Life at a Time treats each individual with the attention, resources, care and courtesy they deserve, and makes sure that no one is just another face in the crowd.

 Our Mission

To make a positive impact on every individual that we meet by providing them with hope and a support system they can rely on, to instill value and worth, and to be a partner to each individual on their journey to find renewed self-confidence and purpose.
